Material:
Outer Shell: 100% Polyester Oxford or Polyester-Cotton Twill Water resistant and windproof fabric. Often has a PU coating.
Insulation/Lining: Quilted Polyester Wadding The thick padded layer inside. Usually 140gsm – 240gsm Polyester fiber fill to keep warm. Some use Thinsulate for better heat with less bulk.
Reflective Tape: 3M Scotch lite / Sewn-on Reflective Stripes Wide silver strips on arms, legs, and torso. Meets EN ISO 20471 Class 3 for high visibility in low light/fog.
Inner Lining: Fleece or Quilted Polyester Soft lining for extra warmth and comfort.
